Informations pratiques

Le symposium aura lieu dans la salle M2 du bâtiment Jean Monnet, rue Alcide de Gasperi, L-2920 Luxembourg.
L’inscription est obligatoire avant le 7 octobre 2009. Une carte d’identité vous sera demandée à l’entrée. Envoyez un mail à symposium@cvce.lu avec vos noms, professions et dates de naissance (informations demandées par la Commission Européenne pour l’accès au bâtiment).

Transports publics : bus 1 (de la gare) ou bus 16 (de l’aéroport), arrêt « Parlement Européen ». Nous vous déconseillons d’arriver en voiture. Si vous ne pouvez l’éviter, vous pouvez vous garer au parking de la Philharmonie.

Practical information

The Symposium will take place in room M2 of the Jean Monnet Building, rue Alcide de Gasperi, L- 2920 Luxembourg.
You must register before 7 October 2009. You will be asked to present an identity card at the entrance. Please send an email to symposium@cvce.lu with your name, profession and date of birth (information requested by the European Commission to access the building).

Public transport: bus number 1 (from the station) or number 16 (from the airport), bus stop ‘Parlement Européen’. We would advise against coming by car. If you are obliged to do so, however, you should park in the car park of the Philharmonie.
